Student Missions

HCSM's summer mission trips provide our students with the opportunity to grow in Christ as they live out their faith and serve others. Before registering your student, please review the trip info and requirements below. The week of Service Projects for 2025 will be June 9th - 13th.

Step 2.) COMPLETE the following forms (8th-12th ONLY) at your earliest convenience as a part of your mission trip application.

Step 3.) FILL OUT ALL all forms that apply to your trip. All students must fill out and turn in the Medical Release Form to the HC Office. The Notary Public section can be filled out by Holland Chapel in advance of the trip.
*All students attending the North Carolina mission trip must complete the waiver form below. The waiver form will ask for the Registration ID. Our Registration ID number is: 94684.
