Groups at HC
There are a number of groups to choose from at HC for you to be a part of and find community. To sign up for a group, use your connect card on Sunday mornings.
Life Groups
A Life Group is a group of people who meet for Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and spiritually encouraging relationships. Most Life Groups meet weekly or bi-weekly on Sunday afternoons or evenings. They might gather in a home, park, or at a restaurant. Most groups follow sermon-based discussion. These groups are highly relational and we encourage kids to attend with their parents.
Connect Groups
Our Connect Groups are groups that relate together around an activity (ie. basketball, hiking, mom's play group). These groups all share Scripture, prayer, and encouragement with one another.
Growth Groups
Our Growth Groups consist of Bible studies that take place on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, as well as other times throughout the week. Disciple's Path provides us with a spiritual growth plan that offers Biblical studies and practical Christian living courses. With three different sessions of courses offered each year, this allows an individual to take multiple courses and have the freedom to choose which course to attend for their Disciple's Path.
Recovery Groups
Celebrate Recovery provides men and women a secure place to pursue redemption in Christ from sin. Large group, open share groups, and more - focused on experiencing healing from all hurts, habits, and hangups through Jesus. The large gathering takes place on Thursdays at 6PM. At each meeting a Biblically based lesson or testimony is shared to the group.
